Mr. Zarin is the General Counsel at Centric, an innovative fiber optic and energy infrastructure company delivering high-speed internet and natural gas services to residential and commercial customers.
Prior to Centric, Brad operated a legal, policy, and strategy consultancy where he focused on advising high-growth, private-equity backed portfolio companies on matters related to corporate growth strategy, assessing M&A opportunities, regulatory and legislative dynamics and deal execution.
Previously, Mr. Zarin was the Head of Strategy and General Counsel for Advantek Waste Management Services, a pioneering E&P and special waste management company backed by TPG Alternative and Renewable Technologies and was also Senior Vice President of Business Development & General Counsel for Milestone Environmental Services, LLC., a leading E&P waste management services company backed by Intervale Capital.
Earlier in his career Brad was the Director of Strategy and Government Affairs at R360 Environmental Solutions, Inc., a $300 million revenue oilfield waste treatment, recycling and disposal business and portfolio company of Paine + Partners and Tinicum Capital. In 2012, R360 completed a $1.3 billion sale to Waste Connections, Inc. Following the sale to WCN, Brad became the Head of Government Affairs for R360, developing the company’s efforts to shape and respond to dynamic environmental policy issues at the State and Federal levels.
Mr. Zarin received his B.A., with honors, in History and Political Science from Loyola University New Orleans, and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law. Outside of the office, Brad lives in the Woodlands with his wife and their young son and daughter and enjoys live music, traveling and coaching youth soccer.
